সহজ চিজি বেকড রোস্ট
উপকরণ: হাঁস ১টি, গোলমরিচের গুঁড়া ১ চা-চামচ, টমেটো ১টা (বড়), বাটার ২৫ গ্রাম, লেবু ২ টুকরা, চিজ গ্রেট করা ২/৩ টেবিল চামচ, কাঁচা মরিচ ৭-৮টি, লবণ আধা চা-চামচ, ধনেপাতা ১ মুঠ ও বিট লবণ আধা চা-চামচ।
প্রণালি: হাঁস পরিষ্কার করে লেবুর রস ও বিট লবণ দিয়ে মেখে ১০ মিনিট পর ধুয়ে পানি ঝরিয়ে নিতে হবে।
এবার হাঁসটিকে গোলমরিচের গুঁড়া, লবণ ও বাটার দিয়ে ভেতরে ও বাইরে খুব ভালোভাবে প্রলেপ দিয়ে নিতে হবে। হাঁসের ভেতরে ২ টুকরা লেবু, ২ টুকরা করা ১টি টমেটো, ধনেপাতা আস্ত এক মুঠ ও ৭-৮টি আস্ত কাঁচা মরিচ ঢুকিয়ে দিতে হবে। এখন ওভেন ট্রেতে হাঁসটিকে রেখে বাটার ব্রাশ করে ১৮০ ডিগ্রি তাপে ১ ঘণ্টা বেক করতে হবে। নামানোর পাঁচ মিনিট আগে পছন্দমতো ২ টেবিল চামচ চিজ ছড়িয়ে দিন। বাদামি রং হয়ে এলে নামান।
